Can I choose the tenant once the screening has been done?
To follow the strict guidelines of Fair Housing we do not share any of the application information with our owners. This is to protect the owner, tenant and us as your property manager.
How long does it take to get my house on the market?
If your house is rent ready, then we can have it on the market within one week!
How much will my home rent for?
It depends! There are several factors that play a part in the rental price of a property, including location, amenities, size, and what other comparable properties are renting for in the area. We would love to meet with you and discuss all your options.
